Volunteer Checklist

• Read over Code of Conduct 

• Fill out BPES Volunteer application

• Fill out DOE Volunteer Certification form

• Copy of photo ID

• Copy of updated TB clearance (within 1 year)

 

Return all completed forms to the front office, once processed you will be contacted. 

**Returning volunteers will need to re-apply and go through the volunteer process each year.

 

You will be notified via email when your application has been approved and when you are placed on our schoolwide approved volunteer list.
